  • 4 - 6 slices white bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Beat eggs, milk, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Dip bread in egg mixture. Heat butter in skillet. Cook bread in butter over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

I made this for Jamie and Will when they were little. It's very good with a little powdered sugar sprinkled on it or with syrup.
