White Trash

This is the camp fire staple for the desert.

ingredients

1 bag (6 ounces) M&M’s
3 cups Corn Chex
3 cups Rice Chex
3 cups Wheat Chex
2 cups salted dry-roasted peanuts
2 cups small pretzel twists
1 package (20 ounces) vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark)

directions

Place a large piece of wax paper on counter top before you start.

In a very large bowl mix
3
cereals,peanuts and pretzels;set aside.

Microwave candy coating in large microwavable dish uncovered for 1 minute ;stir. Microwave again till melted,stir till smooth.

Gently and quickly fold cereal mixture in and then fold in M&M’s. Spread on waxed paper;cool completely. Break into chunks. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

If you plan on making this recipe,the holidays is the only time I can find the candy coating in the store. If you want to make this throughout the year buy extra and store.
