Mom's Flank Steak Marinades
ingredients
Marinade #1- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup red cooking wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/3 cup bottled steak sauce
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon salad oil (or Italian dressing)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- grated fresh ginger

1. Rinse flank steak, pat dry.

2. Pour well mixed marinade ingredients in a large (double) baggie. Insert flank steak and seal tightly. Roll bag to coat entire piece of meat.

3. Place baggie in a pan in the refrigerator for 12-48 hours, turning frequently.

4. Remove and place on a broiler pan lined with foil and broil about 10 minutes per side - checking frequently for favored doneness. Slice thin crosswise.
