Hamburger Monteray

ingredients
- 2 strips of bacon
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 1-lb can red kidney beans
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1Tbsp chili pepper
- 2 coups of cooked macaroni
- 1/2 tsp salt
directions

Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Remove bacon and save.

Shape beef into tiny meatballs. Cook in bacon fat till brown. Remove meatballs and save with bacon.

Add beans, soup,chili powder,salt macaroni, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Grate cheese and add to mixture, stir in until cheese melts. Add bacon and meatballs.

Simmer 15 minutes
