Cookies that the munchkins enjoyed rolling in the sugar mixture.
ingredients
- 2 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 cut soft butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
directions

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter adding 1 1/2 cups sugar gradually and cream until fluffy. Add beaten eggs and mix. Add sifted dry ingredients gradually and mix together. Chill in refrigerator. Mold into small balls and roll in remaining cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 400 about 10 minutes
notes
Can use red or green sprinkles at Christmas
