ingredients
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 cups water
- 4 Tbsp instant coffee
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 fifth vodka
directions
Boil sugars and water together for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in coffee. Cool (but not cold) Gradually add vodka and blend with beater. Put 1 vanilla bean in the bottom of a large bottle and add liquid. Set aside for two weeks at least. after 2-6 weeks, remove bean.
