Taco Dip
ingredients
- 1- can of Refried Beans with green chiles, garlic
- and onions
- 2 Avocados, mashed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- El Paso taco mix
- 1 C sour cream
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- Scallions, chopped
- 3- medium tomatoes, chopped
- 3-ounces ripe olives, chopped
- 1-bag shredded cheddar cheese
directions
In a 13x9 pan, layer the refried beans on bottom of pan. Mash the avocados with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the avocado mixture over the beans. In a separate bowl, mix the taco mix with the sour cream and mayonnaise and spread over the avocado layer. Take the chopped scallions, tomatoes, and olives and spread over as the next layer. Finish with cheese layer.
