Chocolate Cream Truffles

ingredients

  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp almond liqueur
  • 4 squares semi sweetened baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup almonds silvered, toasted, ground
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa or powdered sugar

directions

  • 1

    Beat cream cheese, honey and liqueur together.

  • 2

    Stir in melted chocolate and almonds.

  • 3

    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

  • 4

    Roll into small ball and dust with either cocoa or powdered sugar.
