Chocolate Cream Truffles
ingredients
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp almond liqueur
- 4 squares semi sweetened baking chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup almonds silvered, toasted, ground
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa or powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese, honey and liqueur together.

Stir in melted chocolate and almonds.

Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

Roll into small ball and dust with either cocoa or powdered sugar.
