Zesty Potatoes with Sour Cream & Chives
ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Place all ingredients in a Ziploc Zip ’n Steam bag, seal and shake to mix. Place bag in microwave.

2. Cook on full power 7 minutes or until tender.

3. Shake bag to distribute seasonings. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped chives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
