Pick-Up & Go, Sausage/Shrimp Rice

ingredients
- 1 pckg Brown & serve sausage
- 2 cups Minute rice
- 2 cups Water
- 16 oz can Stewed potatoes
- 12 oz Frozen shrimp
- 2 Tbls Onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbls Green pepper (chopped)
- 2 cubes Chicken Boullion
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. Chili powder
directions

- Slice sausage into 1" diagonal pieces, and brown.

- Add remaining ingredients, stir, and bring to a boil.

- Simmer 10 minuets uncovered.
