Pick-Up & Go, Sausage/Shrimp Rice

ingredients

  • 1 pckg Brown & serve sausage
  • 2 cups Minute rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 16 oz can Stewed potatoes
  • 12 oz Frozen shrimp
  • 2 Tbls Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Tbls Green pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cubes Chicken Boullion
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. Chili powder

directions

  • 1

    - Slice sausage into 1" diagonal pieces, and brown.

  • 2

    - Add remaining ingredients, stir, and bring to a boil.

  • 3

    - Simmer 10 minuets uncovered.
