ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups AP Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Shortening
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 ea. Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 12 oz Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Pecan pieces

directions

  • 1

    - Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.

  • 2

    - Cream together butter, shortening, and sugars.

  • 3

    - Add eggs and vanilla to creamed butter.

  • 4

    - Add dry ingredients.

  • 5

    - Fold in chocolate and pecans.

  • 6

    - Scoop into teaspoon sized pieces.

  • 7

    - Bake 375* 8-10 minutes
