Donna's Artichoke-Prosciutto Gratin
ingredients
- 2 - 14 ounce cans of quartered artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces or more thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cup (4 ounce container) crumbled Gorgonzola
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cut each prosciutto slice in half crosswise. Wrap quartered artichoke heart in prosciutto slice. Place wrapped hearts in single layer in 9 X 13 baking dish.

Pour cream over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and pine nuts.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly and sauce has thickened.
