Monte's Favorite Cheesy Potatoes
ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes (not shredded)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
directions
Mix the first five ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Place in 9 X 13 baking pan. Stir together the cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
