- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tarter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Cream margarine or butter, shortening and sugar

Add 1 egg at a time

Sift flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt together.

Roll into small balls then roll in cup sugar and cinnamon.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 350˚
