Spaghetti Superb from Elegant but Easy
Bethany’s favorite from a very young age!
ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 c. or a bit more shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz of spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1.2-1.5 pounds of ground chuck

Lightly brown the ground chuck.

Stir in: (do not dilute soups)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can tomato soup
- 5
1 soup can water

1/2 c. or a bit more shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8 oz of spaghetti, cooked and drained

Place in 3 quart casserole dish.

Top with 1/2 cup or more of shredded sharp cheddar

Can be refrigerated or frozen at this point if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

(Mom: I sometimes add a drained can of mushrooms. I also sprinkle parmesan over cheddar on top)
