Pumpkin Crunch Cream Pie
ingredients
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 pkg vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup solid-pack pumpkin
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2/3 cup slivered almonds
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 Ready Crust (graham cracker)

Pour milk iinto mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 min. Let stand 5 mins.

Blend in pumpkin, spice, almonds, chips and 2 cups Cool Whip. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 4 hours.

Just before serving, garnish with remaining Cool Whip and chocolate curls, if desired.
