Chinese Rice
ingredients
- 4 tbsp.oil
- 2 c. finely chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. diced cooked chicken or pork
- 4 finely chopped scallions
- 6 c. cooked rice
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
directions

Saute for 3 minutes the oil and onion. Push to the side and scrmable to 4 eggs. Add the remaining ingredients, the sprouts, chicken or pork, scallions and rice.

Mix well for about 4 minutes and add the soy sauce
