Parmesan Crusted Whitefish Fillets

- 4 6-8 oz whitefish fillets
- salt and pepper
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- 4 oz. lemon dill sauce
- fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 425’. Spray glass casserole or baking dish with non-stick spray, or rub with a thin layer of cooking oil. Place whitefish fillets on baking dish skin side down. Salt and pepper each fillet.

Spoon 1 T of lemon dill sauce on each fillet to cover. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each fillet to cover.

Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.

To serve, place fillets on individual serving plates, garnish with chopped parsley.
