Cheesy Potatoes

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pkg frozen hash browns
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or potato soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • cruched corn flakes

directions

Heat butter, soup, onions, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper until cheese melts. Stir in hash browns. Pour into 9x13 pan. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with corn flakes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
