EGG ROLLS
My Dad passed on this recipe to me. It was his specialty!
ingredients
- 1-2lbs diced chicken
- 3 cups diced celery
- 3T oil
- 1t salt
- 3 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1T soy sauce
- 5 spice powder
- ginger pepper
- egg roll skins
directions
Stir fry chicken in oil, add veggies and spices and stir fry 3-5 minutes. Cool mixture. Wrap small amount of mix into wrapper, seal with water/cornstarch mixture.
