Sara's Cream Cheese Corn
Sara and Ben had us up for fish tacos one evening and made this as a side dish. Delish!
ingredients
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper - chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 packages of frozen petite white corn
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 package cream cheese - cut up
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
Melt the butter over medium high heat and sauté the jalapeno pepper. Add the water and the corn and cook for a few minutes. Next, stir in the chili powder. Add the cream cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
