Hambuger Potluck
I really like the crunch of the celery and flavor of the ripe olives in this recipe and great for a little left over ground beef.
ingredients
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sliced celery, about 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1 19 ounce can of tomatoes
- 2 cups uncooked shell macaroni
- 1 cup grated cheese

Brown beef. Add onion and celery and cook til onion is brown. Add other ingredients except macaroni and cheese. Bring to a boil.

Add macaroni and cheese. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

This came from Nana, I guess she took it to Potluck Dinners, hence the name.
