Bridge Club Chicken Salad
ingredients
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup halved seeded grapes
- 1/3 cup roasted almonds, diced
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp grated onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- salad greens
directions
Combine chicken, celery, grapes and almonds. Blend mayo, lemon juice, onion and salt and mix lightly with chicken mixture. Serve on crisp salad greens.
