Shrimp Creole
ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp red pepper
- 16 oz tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 2 cup clean shrimp
- 3 cups cooked rice
directions

1. Saute veggies until tender.

2. Add tomato paste and water.

3. Simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Top the rice and serve
