SALADS - FRUIT SALAD
ingredients
- 1/2 C SUGAR
- 2 T CORNSTARCH
- 1 20 OZ CAN PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
- 1 T LEMON JUICE
- 1/3 C ORANGE JUICE
- 1 11 OZ CAN MANDARIN ORANGES
- 3 BANANAS
- 2-3 APPLES, PEELED AND CHOPPED
directions
STIR SUGAR AND CORNSTARCH IN SUCEPAN. ADD 3/4 C PINEAPPLE JUICE (FROM CAN), LENON AND ORANGE JUICES, COOK, STIRRING TIL THICKENED AND BOILING. BOIL ABOUT 30 SECONDS. POUR WHILE HOT OVER FRUIT AND REFRIGERATE SEVERAL HOURS.
