Roasted Green Beans
Almost like Bo-Lings
ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp tsp dried red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp soy sauce
directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil;toss beans with oil, roast10 minutes on middle rack. Mix garlic, ginger, honey, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a small jar. Coat beans well with above mix. Continue roasting until dark golden in spots and starting to shrivel (10-20 min); tossing occasionally with any sauce on tray. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and toss. Transfer to serving dish, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds (black or white).
