Hot Dried Beef Spread

Great for game days!
ingredients
- 8-ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 1/2 ounces dried beef, cut fine
- 1/2 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2-3/4 cup pecans for topping

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Put in 9"Pyrex pie pan. Brown pecans butter and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
notes
You need chipped beef for this recipe. It comes in a jar made by Hormel. This recipe can be doubled, but only use 1 cup of nuts.
