Vermicelli Sauce Verde
ingredients
- 1-8oz cream cheese
- 1/2C chopped fresh basil
- 1/2C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4C chopped parsley
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1/4C olive oil
- 1/2t pepper
- 1/2t salt
- 2/3C boiling water
- 16oz vermicelli, cooked and drained
directions
Combine cream cheese, basil, parmesan cheese, parsley, butter, garlic, olive oil and pepper in a food processor. Process until pureed. Add salt and boiling water and process until mixed. Pour over hot vermicelli and serve.
