Sausage Grits
ingredients
- 1lb hot sausage
- 2C grits
- 4C water
- 1t salt
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1C milk
- 1/2lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
directions
Cook and drain sausage. Cook grits in salted water and milk. Add butter and cheese. Cool slightly. Add eggs and cooked sausage. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
