ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut up small
  • 2 c diced celery
  • 1 c diced red onion
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1/8 c cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp splenda (or sugar)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

directions

Combine cauliflower, celery, onion and eggs. Combine mayo, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper and dress the vegetable mix. Chill.
