Asian Crispy Orange- glazed Salmon
Serve with Basmati rice and fresh cilantro, carrot and red pepper strips. Also the glaze makes an excellent sauce for stir fry- use chicken, pork or beef.
ingredients
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 (1" piece) fresh ginger grated
- 4 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tbs olive oil
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbs honey
