ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup - White Wine Vinegar
  • 1-2oz - Jar Diced Pimentos, Drained
  • 3 tbs - Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 3 tbs - Minced Green Onion
  • 3 - Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp - Dried Whole Basil
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1-8oz - Sharp Cheddar Brick
  • 1-8oz - Cream Cheese

directions

Combine all ingredents together except cheeses. Cut cheese into squares. Alternate cheese squares on plater. Pour liquid over cheese and refridgerate for 8 hours.
