Sautéed shrimp
ingredients
- 12 large shrimp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 pinch red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro leaves for garnishing

Rinse the shrimp in cold water and pat them dry.

Heat the olive oil in a chef pan, then add the garlic, cumin powder, and chili powder and saute. Once the pan gives off an aroma (less than 1 minute,) add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes or until pink.

Remove from heat and add lemon juice and salt. Serve garnished with cilantro.
