Grilled Sea Bass Tacos
ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) sea bass fillet
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp.kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, salsa and sour cream (optional)

Drizzle sea bass with lime juice and sprinkle with cumin, salt and pepper. Place fish on rack coated with cooking spray; grill 7 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Cut the fish into 8 pieces.

Top each warm tortilla with 2 pieces of fish; divide lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and cilantro among tortillas. Top with lime wedges, salsa and sour cream, if desired.
