Lemon Delight
ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 sticks of margarine at room temperature
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 12 oz cool whip
- 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup chopped nuts
directions

Combine flour and margarine to make dough. Put dough in a 9x13 pan. Press on bottom and bake @ 350° for 25 minutes.

In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Beat until creamy. Add cool whip and mix well.

After crust is cooled, mix lemon pudding with 3 cups of milk.

Using 1/2 cup of nuts, place on top of cooled crust. Over nuts, spread 1/3 cream mixture, then lemon pudding, then spread remaining cream mixture over lemon and finish with nut garnish.

Refrigerate for about 6-8 hours before serving.
