Crustless Italian Quiche
Low fat and low calorie.
ingredients
- One link (3 ounces) hot Italian sausage, removed from casing
- 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 16 ounces egg substitute
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 9-inch pie pan with butter flavored cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, break sausage into small pieces and combine with cheese, parsley and egg; season with salt and pepper. Pour into pan. Bake 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
