Crispy Rosemary Chicken
A healthy dinner with plenty of protein and fiber!
ingredients
- 3/4 cup Grape-Nuts Cereal
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- A little less than 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Place cereal in blender; cover. Blend on low speed until cereal is finely crushed. Mix with seasoning in shallow dish.

3. Brush chicken lightly wiht oil, then dip into cereal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides. Place in greased 15“ x 10” x 1" baking pan or on greased baking sheet.

4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
