Tuna Celery Salad
ingredients
- 4 ribs celery
- 2 T. cider vinegar
- 2 T. sliced scallions or green onions
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. sugar
- 1/4 t. oregano
- 1/4 t. basil
- 1/16 t. pepper
- 1 6 1/2 oz. can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
directions
Cut each celery rib lengthwise into 4 strips, then crosswise into 1" lengths (2 cups); place in medium bowl. Add vinegar, scallions, salt, sugar, oregano, basil and pepper - stir well. Add tuna, gently combine.
