- gizzard
- heart
- liver
- chicken bouillon
- onions
- celery
- butter
- bread
- 2 eggs
- parsley
- salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

- Boil gizzard, heart and liver in salt water until tender (add chicken bouillon if desired).

- Fry chopped meat, celery, and onions in butter.

- Break up aged bread in a bowl and add 2 eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.

- Add fried mixture to bread and enough liquid from boiled meat for moisture.

- Stuff in turkey or bake in oven until heated through.
