Graham and Peanut Butter Bon-Bon
Zach’s Favorite!
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 1/4 cups crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup Keebler Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 12 ounces white or dark chocolate confectioners coating

In large bowl, stir together cereal, peanut butter, graham crumbs and powdered sugar. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Shape crumb mixture into balls, using 1 level tablespoon for each.

In small saucepan melt confectioner’s coating over low heat. Dip each ball in coating, letting excess drip off. Place on wax paper. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes or until set.

Store in an airtight container.
