Almond Brittle
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almonds, toasted at 300 degrees until golden (about 10 min)
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp. corn syrup
- 3 tbsp. water

Melt butter in a saucepan. All all other ingredients except almonds. Heat to 290 degrees, but don’t stir.

Pour mixture over nuts and allow to cool. Break into pieces and serve.
