- 1/4 cup diced sweet white onion, such as Maui or Walla Walla
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
