Cheesecake
ingredients
- Bottom:
- 1 1/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/8 of a Stick of Butter
- Mixture:
- 1 lb. Cream Cheese
- 1 lb. Cottage Cheese (Small Curd)
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 Stick Butter
- 1 Pint Sour Cream
- 4 Eggs, Beaten

Press graham cracker and butter mixture into the bottom of the pan and chill.

Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese together. Add sugar slowly; add vanilla and lemon juice. Blend flour and cornstarch, add butter, blend sour cream, add beaten eggs.

Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Turn off oven - leave cheesecake in oven with door shut for 2 hours.

Chill overnight.
