SCALLOPPED POTATOES
ingredients
- 6 potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 large tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- pepper and garlic salt to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
directions
Boil potatoes in microwave. Drain water. In a saucepan, combine butter, and flour. Gradually add milk and stir until lumps are gone. Add pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Take off of stove and add 1/2 cup sour cream. Stir in onions. Combine this mixture with potatoes and pour in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours
notes
Double this recipe. I like to add bit size pieces of ham!
