Potluck Potatoes
ingredients
- 2 lb. Frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed.
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup Melted butter
- 2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1 pint Sour cream
- 2 cup Corn flakes crushed (measure first, then crush)
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Mix ingredients well and pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Sprinkle topping over casserole. (can be stored in refrigerator at this stage)

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or longer until bubbly.
