Jambalaya Pasta
Make this as spicy as you like!
ingredients
- 1/2 c diced onion
- 1/2 c diced red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 t creole seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 5 ounces kielbasa
- 12 ounces penne, cooked
- 1/2 c cheddar cheese
directions

Saute onion, pepper and garlic. Add seasoning. Simmer one minute.

Add beans, tomato and kielbasa. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve with cheese on top.
