Breakfast Casserole
Make the night before cooking
ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sausage, ham or bacon, cooked and drained
- Chopped onions (optional)
- Diced bell peppers

Blend all ingredients together in a blender except meat, onions or bell peppers.

Mix together the meat, onions and bell peppers. Fold into egg mixture. Pour into greased 13*9*2 inch casserole dish.

Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
