Ham and Cheese Souffle
A Nice Brunch Treat
ingredients
- 16 slice white bread (cubed)
- 1 lb. cubed ham
- (bacon or sausage can be used)
- 1 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 cup cubed Swiss cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Grease a 9 X 13 glass baking pan. Spread 1/2 of bread cubes evenly in pan. Add ham and cheeses. Cover with remaining bread cubes.

Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard; pour over bread and refrigerate over night.

Combine corn flakes and butter for a topping.

Cook 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
