Honey and Garlic Drummettes

- 3 lbs. Chicken drummette
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 c. honey
- 1 clove garlic
- dash salt
- dash ground pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish. Mix the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.

Bake at 375 degrees for one hr. until sauce is caramelized.
