  • 1/2 cup roasted unsalted cashews, coarsely chopped
  • 1 T cilantro, minced
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 T mayonnaise
  • 1 t curry powder
  • 1/4 t cumin
  • Salt and ground black pepper
